The region’s sandy loam, alluvial soils impart freshness and lift, while stainless steel fermentation preserves bright aromatics. Alcohol is gently removed using vacuum distillation, a method that maintains flavor integrity. Natural essences are blended back for complexity, delivering an NA wine that rivals traditional bottles in quality and taste. Opening with delicate floral aromas, the Rhône Blanc offers tropical notes of ripe pineapple, pears, lychee fruit and honeysuckle, finishing with a lively punch of citrus zest.
